Constantina is an associate in the Corporate and Real Estate Department. Prior to joining the firm, Constantina gained valuable experience in well-established and international firms in London, such as CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, The Khan Partnership LLP and Singhania & Co. Constantina qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales in 2021. Constantina’s experience covers diverse industry sectors including the Corporate Lending and Leveraged Finance, Shipping Finance, Commercial Fraud and Real Estate. Constantina acted for international and local banks and financial institutions as well as ship owners and has been involved in various banking transactions such as project finance, investment financings, syndicated loans, refinancing and restructuring transactions with particular emphasis on drafting and negotiating financing agreements and security documents.

In 2022, she has been called to the Cyprus Bar Association thereby becoming a dual qualified lawyer with cross-border experience. Constantina practiced her legal profession as an Associate in reputable firms in Limassol.

Constantina joined Christos Neocleous LLC in 2024 and since then her practice covers corporate and all commercial real estate law. With special hotel and leisure as well as retail sector expertise, she advises local and international property owners, investors and project developers on transactions and project developments. Constantina also regularly assists high-net-worth individuals regarding tax residence aspects, international remuneration policy, estate planning, structuring of inbound and outbound investments, especially in luxury real estate and hotel businesses.
